For over 30 years, Steven Zang has been a real estate owner, operator, broker, and manager in the New York City and Tri State area marketplace. Steven is also currently the President of Andover Equities, a private equity real estate firm based in Manhattan, where he represents the ownership of various asset classes in all facets of asset management and acquisitions. Andover has owned and managed well over a $250 million in real estate throughout the New York City and Tri State area as well as negotiated over $500 million in leasing transactions. Steven's expertise in project management, leasing, building systems and controls, make him the ideal operator and manager of a strategic development opportunity. Steven is a licensed real estate broker, and graduated from Brooklyn College, in Brooklyn, New York where he  was raised. Steven resides with his wife Sheryl on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.

Andrew Zang, Esq. directs new project acquisition and development for Z Capital.  Andrew is involved in all aspects of the company’s development, from deal evaluation, analysis and creative pre-development planning to construction, branding, marketing, operations, sales and leasing. Andrew's day to day career includes corporate real estate advisory work at Savills Studley, the world's largest tenant advisory real estate firm. Andrew has negotiated over $500 million in leasing transactions.

As a licensed real estate broker and attorney admitted to practice law in the State of New York, Andrew is an innovator and leader in today's young business world. Andrew graduated Cum Laude from Adelphi University and received a degree in Political Science. In addition, Andrew earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree and a Master of Laws in Real Estate (LL.M.) from New York Law School.
